Is there an ideal team size?

Friday Pulse is designed to share the responsibility of happiness with everyone. To support this we recommend teams are structured in the platform to enable weekly conversations about their happiness. Team size can be crucial in helping those weekly conversations be successful - too large a team and a lot of people's voices are lost; too small a team and results may not be available or need very high response rates to show. 

We recommend you have teams in Friday Pulse of 5-12 people. If your weekly meetings are held remotely, 5-8 people is more effective. If you are meeting in person, results discussions could more easily include up to 10-12 people in total.
