Can a user be in more than one team?

Teams within Friday Pulse are structured hierarchically. This means that a user can only be in one “team”, though that team may sit under a parent team such as a department or division.

If an individual is in two or more teams, you will want to place them in the team they will be discussing their results with each week. You can also encourage them to regularly share Thank-yous with their colleagues in the other teams they work in to maintain their relationship with them.
