How do we use Friday Pulse with rotating teams?

Friday Pulse is most useful for teams when people are in the team that reflects who they will discuss their results with weekly.
If the rotation of people and teams at your organization takes place frequently, we recommend you structure your teams in Friday Pulse to be the groups that people discuss their results in, no matter what group they are working in at the time. These can remain constant while the groups people are working in shift and change.
If the speed of rotation is less frequent and everyone moves into a different group at the same time, you can change user teams or introduce Tags to reflect the reality at the time. If you choose this option, we recommend that you export your Scores breakdown, Culture Insights report and Happiness Trends reports regularly and before each rotation to ensure you have a record of your historical group scores as users’ historical scores move with them to each new team or group.
