Why do the Notes have a character limit?

The character limit for Notes is part of Friday Pulse's design. The reason for the limit is that these Notes are primarily to be used for discussions in team meetings, 3so aren't intended to include the full details of a celebration, thank you, frustration or idea. The design is also to allow the Notes to be displayed on screen during results conversations to prompt conversation and reflection, without having one Note dominate others because of its length.
