How are the numerical scores calculated?

The Happiness question and the Culture Profile questions ask users to select from a range between 1-5 which gives an index score out of 100. This gives you a score, not a percentage. 

To calculate the index score, each option is allocated a score - a '1' is allocated a score of 0, '2' is a score of 25, '3' a 50, '4' a 75 and a '5' is allocated a score of 100. All scores are added together and the average is calculated to provide each team, group or organization score.

To protect the privacy of individual scores, three responses are needed before a group score will be shown.
