How do I download a copy of a report?

You can export your offline reports by clicking on 'Reports' in the main menu in your account, then select 'Overview'. Click on 'Exports' next to the grey question mark icon in the top right of the Overall Happiness score to download copies of your Scores breakdown (XLSX) and Notes breakdown (XLSX) or your most recent Happiness Trends (PDF) and Culture Insights (PDF) reports.
