Can we add new users when our questions are open?

New users should be added at least one hour before your questions are due to open to ensure they are able to participate that week. If a user is added after this time, it may be possible for us to get the questions out to a new user before your questions close but this is not guaranteed. If you have added a new user within one hour of your questions opening or while questions are open, please email help@fridaypulse.com with the email address of the new user to see if we can help.
